I’m hoping that you can all understand the emotion I am going through right now! You know when you find a resource, a person that you have admired through their life’s choices and who’s choices resonnate with yours, and well to get to the point, I have found a resource for my skin care path! at some point when I have the opportunity, I am going to indulge in the many products that @Sarma Recommends! I’m seriously considering doing the master cleanse. I have put on a few love pounds as I like to call them, and I want to clean out my system so that I can start fresh. I think a cleanse is the best way to go about this. There are 3 videos in all. indigothirdeye makes a wonderful tutorial to assist with the master cleanse! I love it! :) as I love him!!!

wow, what a post this was, I couldn’t agree more with anthony. I enjoy raw foods so much, but I also enjoy other foods just the same. I’m learning more about moderation and more activity, and keeping everything else light and enjoyable. I love this journey I am, it feels great!
