day 1: getting on track for summer adventures!!

I am really getting serious here people!  ha ha not really serious, but really focused.  Although I am not going to bombard you with all of my daily adventures, I am going to start sharing some of my meals and thoughts, while I am pulling myself out of a place where I no longer think I am as productive, or feel as vibrant as I need to.

For the longest time I think I was fooling myself, and letting things into my life that I thought were not affecting me.  Ha ha!  I can see clearly now!!!  Although I am not planning on becoming a purist anytime soon, I am backing way off.

To start I am going to only use recreational activities (mainly tuaca and marijuana) for special occassions, this weekly shit is getting old!  

Tonight will be the test: I bartend, it’s going to be a busy cinco de mayo, and although for many this is a special event, it’s way too soon on my mission to celebrate.  I plan on getting through the entire night without my two best friends, tuaca and mary!  ha ha

This morning I made up some quinoa

I made a vegan quinoa breakfast burrito:

1 tortilla (although in the future I plan on using romain lettuce wraps or cabbage leaves)

sliced zucchinis

sliced tomatoes

dash of himalayan salt

tblsp of braggs

1/2 avocado

couple spoonfulls of salsa

and a dash of cholula

It was delicious!  I should have taken a picture!  I will remember too next time!

I’m a foodie, I love foods, textures, flavors, seasonings, I love to eat.  Later on I am hoping to grab a cacao pow from Vod Deli before I hit the bar!  

I am excited that @nopantsdance is moving in with us!  Together we will create more health and meals for the entire househould, a total of 5 now!  community living, it’s what it is all about peeps!
