I am finally surrendering! and it feels amazing!!!

Spinach Avocado Soup:

3 cups torn spinach

1/2 cup water   ( I used coconut water)

1/2 cup coarseley chopped (seeded) cucumber

1/2 avocado, cut in chunks

2 teaspoons liquid aminos

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 small garlic cloves, chopped

4 fresh basil leaves, torn

1 tablespoon chopped scallion ( I left this out )

Blend water and spinach first, and then add the rest and blend together.  Add more water if you want it less thick!

this soup is the bomb!  the fresh basil tastes amazing!  I am having a super delicious party in my mouth right now!  I am eating a fresh salad with sprouts that I sprouted! and a 1/2 stuffed avocado!  By the way a stuffed avocado is amazing.  This is the first night I’ve had it, and it’s a great go to snack!  Remember, fats are needed by the body,  We need fat for our skin, our nails, our hair, and overall joint happiness.  

Once again I got so excited about the meal that I forgot to get a picture!  ha ha!!!!
